Clark Comer

Mr. Clark E. Comer, 96, passed away on November 29, 2022, at Trinity Elms in Winston-Salem. He was born on December 16, 1925, to the late Noah Franklin Comer and Victoria Grimsley Comer. Along with his parents Clark is preceded in death by his loving wife, Marie Lona Beahm Comer. He is survived by his two sons Dan Comer (Rita) of Pfafftown, NC, and Ron Comer of Tobaccoville, NC; three grandchildren Jeffrey (Ann) Comer, Gregory (Angie) Comer, and Kimberly (Jon) Ottati; five great-grandchildren Dianna Smith (Colton), Specialist Nicholas Ottati of the U.S. Army, Alexandra Ottati, Julianna Ottati, Gracie Comer, and Noah Comer; brothers Gilbert Comer, Nelson Comer, Waynan Comer, and Durwood Comer; and sisters Lorene Good and Dorothy Alger. A funeral service will be held at Augsburg Lutheran Church on Monday December 5, 2022, at 1:00PM with Pastor Paul Wollner officiating. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek on Sunday December 4, 2022, from 6:00-8:00PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Augsburg Lutheran Church.
