Clarence Curry

Mr. Clarence Curry, 77, passed away on May 27, 2016 after an extended illness. Clarence was born to the late Talmadge and Daisy W. Curry. He was a loving and devoted family man. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Tommye S. Curry; daughter, Teresa C. Myers (husband James); and son, James A. Curry. He retired from Krispy Kreme as director of production after 38 years of service. He leaves behind three sisters, Jean C. Dull (husband Willie), Maxine Hunter Everhart and Christine C. Harper (husband Joe). In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kate. B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Ln. Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or Liberty Baptist Church, 1548 Old Hollow Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home and to close friends Don Golding, Julia Golding, Ron Fields and Joanne Fields.
