Christy Craver

Ms. Christy Ayers Craver, 51, resident of Stokes County passed away September 6, 2022, at her home after several years of poor health issues. She was born September 21, 1970, and graduated from West Forsyth High School in Clemmons, NC in 1988. She was loved and will be missed dearly by her family and friends. Christy was an avid animal lover and survived by her fur-baby, “Baby Girl” of 11 years whom she loved very much. Surviving are her son, Matthew Ayers of the home; daughter, Brittany Norton and granddaughter, Kelli Mae Norton, both residing in High Point, NC; her mother, Susan Brewer and stepfather, Tim Brewer of Winston-Salem. Christy is also survived by her brother, Scott Brewer, his wife, Samantha, and their daughter, Sloan Brewer; Christy’s father, Randy Ayers and stepmother, Teresa Wagoner Ayers of Lexington, NC. Christy has many aunts, uncles, and cousins on both sides of the family. Christy will also be missed by two special young boys who are brothers, Brayden Scott, 8 and Tyler Gage, 6. A celebration of Christy’s life will be held at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, beginning promptly at 12:00 pm.
