Christopher Ray Smith

Christopher Ray Smith, 26 of Mocksville passed away unexpectedly Friday, August 6, 2010. He was born November 12, 1983 in Forsyth County to the Lane Ray Smith and Linda Steele. He was a loving husband and father and enjoyed spending time with his children and friends. Chris loved to play pool. Surviving is his wife, Stephanie Smith; three daughters, Makayla, Kyleigh, and Emma; father, Lane Smith; mother, Linda Steele; brother, Tim Smith; sister, Tina Rampersad and husband Ravi; father and mother-in-law, Greg and Lynn Jessup; brother-in-law, Austin Jessup; grandmother, Hollis Smith; nephews, T.J., Eli, Isiah, Kyle, Braden, and Bradley; also surviving are two nieces, Kayla and Sara. A memorial service will be held 6:30 PM Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
