Christopher Holden

WALKERTOWN – Christopher Lynne Holden, 54, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021, at Forsyth Memorial Center. Chris was born on August 24, 1966 in Forsyth County to Norman Lloyd and Ethel Lee Brown Holden. He was an amazing husband and great dad.  He loved muscle cars, especially Pontiac Trans Ams and loved music. Chris was a hard worker and could fix absolutely anything. His was dedicated to spending time with his wife, kids and family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Chris was preceded in death by a brother, Greg Holden; and a son-in-law, Cory Mabe.

Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Wanda Holden; two daughters, Amanda Holden, and Valerie Holden (Cody Love); one grandchild, Chase Mabe; two nephews, Casey Holden, and Nick Holden; a very special niece, Ashley Walker; and numerous other Family and Friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
