Christopher Boughman

Christopher Marlin Boughman, 44, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Christopher was born on February 5, 1974 in Forsyth County to Bob Boughman and Sandi Marlin Godfrey. He loved to play golf, go fishing and play his banjo.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Bill Godfrey.

Surviving family includes his wife, Amanda Southern Boughman; son, Charlie Boughman; mother, Sandi Godfrey; father, Bob Boughman (Del); brother, Bruce Boughman (Christy); and niece, Michele Boughman.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Karen Smith officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
