Christine Clark Altizer

Mrs. Christine Clark Altizer, 78, of Clemmons passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on May 26, 1936 in Danville, VA to Edgar Willard and Julia Beshears Clark. Mrs. Altizer was of the Methodist faith. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Mrs. Altizer was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Altizer; her parents, Edgar Clark and Josephine Hildreth; and a brother, Bill Clark. She is survived by two daughters, Theresa Spencer and husband Jim of Greensboro, and Cindi Shelton and husband Bobby of Kernersville; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Delores Clark of Clemmons; and a brother, Grant Clark and wife Beth of Clemmons. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
