Mr. Charles Bradley ""Brad"" Farmer, 33, of Winston-Salem, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on October 16, 2012. Mr. Farmer was born on October 14, 1979 in Forsyth County, NC to Charles Melvin Farmer, Jr. and Deborah Wall Clay. Brad had a love for music, enjoyed spending time with his family and worked in construction. Surviving Mr. Farmer are his mother, Deborah Clay (Ken) of Winston-Salem; his father, Charles Melvin Farmer, Jr. and wife Sandra of Winston-Salem; a sister, Tara Lynn Desautels of Winston-Salem; two nephews, Francois and Dominik Desautels, both of Winston-Salem; paternal grandparents, Charles Melvin Farmer, Sr. and wife Jean of Winston-Salem; maternal grandmother, Faye and husband Aubrey Ware of High Point, NC; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 22, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Dr. Lawrence Clapp officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to South Elm Street Baptist Church, 4212 S.
