Charles Dupell

Mr. Charles Dupell, 86, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the Oaks at Forsyth. Mr. Dupell was born in Morris County, NJ on December 16, 1923 to Charles Irving and Mary Graham Dupell. He was a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII. Mr. Dupell was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Ruth Henn and Margaret Kaas. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Corinne Yetran Dupell; two sons, Gary Dupell and wife Donna of Kernersville and Keith Dupell of San Diego, CA; and two grandchildren, Jennifer D. Rozzelle and Lindsay Dupell. A service will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Forsyth Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Gupton officiating. Entombment will follow at the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Monday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Parkway. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
