Charlene Yee-Wan Lam

WINSTON-SALEM-Miss Charlene Yee-Wan Lam, 24, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at her home. Miss Lam was born on January 15, 1990 in Forsyth County to Michael Lam and Rachel Lam. Her father, Michael Lam was the former head chef at Dragon Inn Chinese Restaurant and a partner and general contractor of Eastern Development for over 18 years. For over 15 years he has been the General Manager of Kanpai Japanese Steakhouse. Charlene's mother, Rachel worked at O'Charley's for over 10 years. Miss Lam is survived by her parents; her Grandma Lam; Uncles, John Lam (Winnie), Pui Lam (Ming), Edmund Tan (Susan), Albert Tan (Jennifer), Phillip Tan; aunts, Anna Chiu, Lisa Chiu (Michael), Meiying Tan (Frankie Yeo), Lilian Tan (Robert Woo), Catherine Tan (Stanley Quek), Karen Tan (Kevin Lim); 24 cousins and one niece. Funeral services for Miss Lam will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 27, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
