Chad Cornatzer

Chad Anderson Cornatzer, 47, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, July 31, 2022.  He was born in Forsyth County on April 19, 1975 to Woody and Mary Willard Cornatzer who survive.  Also surviving is a son, Anderson Kayde Cornatzer; sister, Jodi Weatherman (Jody); niece, Maggie Rogers (Caleb); nephew, Tate Weatherman (Savanna); great-nieces, Remi and Laina Rogers; also surviving is his significant other, Kayla Stout.  Chad was very creative.  He could fix and work on about anything.  He loved to play golf, enjoyed collecting antiques, and was an avid NC State fan.  Spending time with Kayde playing whiffle ball was probably his favorite pastime.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Bill Mackenzie officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a scholarship fund for Kayde Cornatzer.
