Cathy Jo Bryant

Mrs. Cathy Jo Bryant, 43, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, N.C. She was born January 11, 1973 in Forsyth County to the late Bobby Joe Ely, Sr. and Judith Loy Ely. She loved working with young girls and was a troop leader for the Girl Scouts. Cathy, later became the Membership Manager for the Girl Scouts. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Keith Edward Bryant; two children, Abigal Rose Bryant, Dalton Edward Bryant; one sister, Cindy Ely Johnson (Duncan); two brothers, Richard A Ely Sr., Bobby Joe Ely, Jr; several nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family; Father and mother-in-law, Jack Edward and Lynda Mae Bryant; special friend, Samantha N. Fortune. A funeral service will be conducted 6:00P.M. Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Hayworth-Miller, Rural Hall Chapel with Rev. Valerie King officiating.
