Mrs. Carolyn I. Ousley, 69, of Winston-Salem, passed away Monday, July 12, 2010, at Salem Terrace. Mrs. Carolyn Ingool Ousley was born June 26, 1941, in Yadkin County to Denver and Ada Bell G. Ingool. Mrs. Ousley was a lady who lived life to the fullest and loved everyone she met. She is now with the Lord. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Ousley; a brother, Thomas Ingool; two sisters, Ruth Evans of Mocksville, and Kathleen Ingool Holbrook. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Darryl Whitaker and Sandra Whitaker; grandson, Alexander Whitaker of Winston-Salem; a brother, Jack Ingool of Winston-Salem; two sisters, Opal Burgiss of Cary, and Mary Bell Shelton of Winston-Salem. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 16 at Forsyth Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Brian Parrish officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 15 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
