Carolyn Wall Forester

Carolyn Wall Forester, 70, of Winston-Salem passed away January 3, 2025 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born July 10, 1954 in Forsyth County to the late Charlie D. Wall and Gertrude B. Wall. During her life’s journey she was a hard worker in and outside the home. Family and friends shared many laughs as she was known to repair many things around her home including vehicles and lawnmowers with only a hammer. She loved visiting family and friends just talking, laughing and sharing a cup of coffee. Those closest to her knew this was referred to as “she’s out honking it.” She will be dearly missed by all. Carolyn was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Leo Franklin Forester, Sr. brother, Charlie D. Wall, Jr. and sisters; Glenda F. Wall and Ruby Wall. Surviving are her Daughter Helen F. Wilson (Steve), special grandson, Steven Michael Wilson (Patty), loving brother, Earl D. Wall (Dana), sisters; Helen Harris (Albert) and Shirley Warden, and many very special nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted 11:00AM Thursday January 9, 2024 at Woodland Cemetery in Winston-Salem with Rev. Greg Hall officiating.
