Caroline Lankford Pegram

Oak Ridge - Caroline Lankford Pegram, 78, died Friday, May 8, 2015 at her home. Caroline was born August 17, 1936 in Stokes County to Homer and Irene Fulk Lankford. She was a member of Deep River Friends Meeting. Caroline was a hairdresser for 50 years, enjoyed watching birds and loved gardening.

In addition to her parents, Caroline was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Pegram.
Surviving are her son, Randy Pegram (wife, Jerri); two grandchildren, Justin Lane and Amber Renae' Pegram; and one brother, Eddie Lankford.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Deep River Friends Meeting. Burial will follow at Westminster Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 11, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
