Carol Sue Sparks Perryman

Mrs. Carol Sue Sparks Perryman passed peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Universal Healthcare of King following a brief illness. She was born December 3, 1937 in Forsyth County to the late James and Mary Dixon Sparks.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Perryman was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Evans Perryman on June 29, 2013. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Perryman and wife, Melissa of Pilot Mountain and her granddaughter, Cora Elizabeth Perryman.

A memorial service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 16 at Hickory Ridge United Methodist Church with the Rev. R. Wesley McCloud officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
