Carol Ann Cashwell

On Wednesday, December 24, 2014 Heaven gained a beautiful angel when Mrs. Carol Ann McNear Cashwell went to be with her Heavenly Father at Wake Forest Baptist Health. She was born July 15, 1947 in Scranton, PA, the daughter of the late Kenneth William and Eleanor Burge McNear. Mrs. Cashwell was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed going to and playing bingo at various locations and watching game shows on TV. She was a loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, James Keith Cashwell, Jr. and three brothers, Ronnie, Theodore and Butchie McNear. Survivors include one daughter, Jessica Cashwell and husband, Ismael Rodriguez; one son, Joshua Cashwell; two grandchildren, Adriana Rodriguez and Ismael Rodriguez; and one brother, Gary Lee McNear all of Winston-Salem. A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, December 28, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service
