Carmella Myers Hege

Mrs. Carmella Myers Hege, 37, of Lexington, daughter of Debbie and Jack Campbell, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011. She was born June 28, 1973 in Rapid City, SD. Carmella was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and was an employee of Campbell Insurance Agency. She previously owned Studio 2100 Beauty Salon in Lexington. She loved collecting stamps and playing with her dog. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Phyllis Williams, and her paternal grandparents, Van and Angela Myers. Surviving are her husband, Jeffrey S. Hege of the home; her parents, Debbie and Jack Campbell of Lexington; her father, Lee Myers of Lexington; one brother, Roman Campbell and wife Tracy of Clemmons; a half brother, Eric Myers of Winston-Salem; cousin, Zane Williams of Winston-Salem; maternal grandfather, David Williams of Clemmons; and her companion, Sadie (her cocker spaniel). A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 11 at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Gary Byrum officiating.
