Mr. Carlos Pegram Crim, 84, of Winston-Salem passed away Sunday, July 6, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Crim was born in Forsyth County on June 28, 1924 to the late James Adren and Gertrude Pegram Crim. He was a member of Central Terrace United Methodist Church and retired from R.J.Reynolds Tobacco Company. Mr. Crim is survived by his loving wife Sylvia W. Crim of the home, a daughter Vickie C. Davis and husband Joe of Lewisville, two grandchildren, Christopher Davis of Lewisville and Courtney D. Anderson and husband Andy of Winston-Salem; and a brother Carlton J. Crim of Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 pm Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Forsyth Memorial Park with the Rev. Lauren Richardson and the Rev. Ken Eller officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 pm to 8pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. The family would like to send a special thanks to the staff at Forsyth Medical Center Unit IMU2, and Palliative Care Unit for their loving care of Mr. Crim.
