Miss Brittany Minter-Caldwell, 37, transitioned peacefully on May 23, 2024, at her home in Winston-Salem, NC. A lifelong residence of Winston-Salem, NC, since her birth, Brittany was born on July 20, 1986, to the late Alycia Minter-Caldwell and Ronald Caldwell.
Brittany grew up in a loving home where her mother was a decorated nurse for over 30 years at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Brittany would go on to graduate from Parkland High School in the class of 2004 before briefly attending Forsyth Technical Community College.
Those who met Brittany were immediately captivated by her warm and nurturing spirit. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother to her son, Brayden. She maintained a fierce loyalty to her family and friends, and was a huge support for her mother when she fell ill.
Brittany was preceded in death by her parents, Alycia and Ronald. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Brayden; and a host of family members and friends who will cherish their memories created with Brittany.
A celebration of Brittany’s life will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 3:00PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Elder Steve Kapp officiating.
Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the Minter-Caldwell family.
