Brittney Handy Hill

Brittney Nicole Handy Hill, 33, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023. She was born in Forsyth County on September 21, 1990, to Alton Tedder and Jennifer Juanita Handy. Brittney was an intelligent and loving individual. She found joy in the little things in life, her favorite animal was a giraffe. She loved yellow roses because they were her grandmother’s favorite flower, and her personal favorite was a tiger lily. She loved her children dearly and loved spending time with them. Brittney enjoyed listening to music and always wanted a koi pond of her own, she described gazing into them as her zen.

Brittney is preceded in death by her grandmother, who was everything to her, Margaret Handy, as well as a sister, Dana Hemric.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Danny Hill; four children Braydn, Danyell, Baylie, and Dayton; godmother and godfather Tanja Hemric and Dwayne Hemric; two brothers, Hunter Jenkins, and Branden Hemric; one sister Ashley Hemric; mother-in-law Peggy Stultz (Boyd); as well as many special nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
