Brenda Lee Wall Lankford

LANKFORD - KING Mrs. Brenda Lee Wall Lankford, 66, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on September 21, 1946 in Randolph County to the late Elizabeth Mae Johnson Wall and John Lee Wall Sr. She was a member of King Christian Center. Mrs. Lankford retired from NC Baptist Hospital with 30 years of service and volunteered for Hope Pregnancy Center. She loved to cook, crochet and take care of her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lankford was preceded in death by one brother, John Lee Wall Jr. and an infant brother, Bobby Wall. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Tim Lankford; daughter, Angela Crigger; son, Todd Lankford and wife, Kim; four grandchildren: Brittany Thompson and husband, James, and Peyton, Cameron and Zoey Lankford; five great-grandchildren: Francis Grace, Hayden and Hollie King Ching and Journie and Brylei Thompson; and also, three brothers: Bill, J.D. and Clarence Wall. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 22 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with the Rev. Randall Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
