Brenda Holland Hargrave

HARGRAVE - WALKERTOWN Mrs. Brenda Holland Hargrave, a very loving wife, mother and friend passed away Saturday morning, February 4, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Winston-Salem. Brenda was born in Forsyth County, April 16, 1943 to Cecil Walter Holland and Mary Alberta Moser Holland. She was the owner and operator of Main Street Collectibles in Kernersville for eleven years and was of the Methodist faith. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Larry Hargrave of the home; one daughter, Cindy (Tim) Rescigno of Lewisville; and one son, Mike Hargrave of Walkertown; a sister-in-law; Linda (Stan) Dunn of Winston-Salem; one niece, Marcie Dunn; and one nephew, Bobby (Lateah) Dunn; and also a special friend, Donna Henley of Winston-Salem. A memorial service will be held Tuesday afternoon, February 7, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Rural Hall by Rev. Jeff Harlow. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening February 6th from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
