WINSTON-SALEM - Mrs. Brenda Kay Roberson Fulp passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010 at her home. She was born July 30, 1943 in Forsyth County to the late John William Roberson and Carrie Belle Fulton Roberson. Mrs. Fulp was a lifelong member of Hickory Ridge United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fulp was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Sheri Renea Fulp. Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Ronald Fulp of the home; two sons, Gary Fulp (Donna) and Brian Fulp (Jennifer) all of King; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Billy R. Roberson of King (Pat); sister, Elizabeth R. Dozier of Winston-Salem; also, numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Linda Tally. A Celebration of Life will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 6 at Hickory Ridge United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wesley McLeod, Rev. Tony Griffin and Rev. Nancy Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hickory Ridge United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 6012 Germanton Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 or Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
