Mr. Brandon George Hunter, 22, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, July 13, 2013 in Pinnacle. He was born September 30, 1990 in Forsyth Co. the son of George H. Hunter Jr. and Wendy Brinkley Long. Brandon was a graduate of West Stokes High School and was a self employed computer technician. He attended Quaker Gap Baptist Church and was involved in their youth group. Brandon was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George H. Hunter Sr. and Alice Moser Hunter. He is survived by his mother, Wendy B. Long (Farley) of Danbury, his father, George H. Hunter Jr. of Winston-Salem, a brother, Jimmy Vann Swaim of King, three sisters, Misty Hunter (Tony Pickett) of Lexington, Kayla Hunter of Pilot Mountain and Jacy Swaim of Danbury, his maternal grandparents, Tom and Frances Brinkley of King and two nephews, Austin Brown and Miles Pickett. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and extended family members. A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:30 prior to the service at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
