Bradley Martin

WINSTON SALEM - Bradley Edward Martin, 55, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at his home. Bradley was born on December 25, 1963 in Forsyth County to Cecil Edward ‘C.E.’ and Jean Wilkes Martin.  He worked for Truck Parts Specialist for 39 years and was a member of Samaritan Baptist Church.

Bradley was preceded in death by his grandmother, Wilma Wilkes.

Surviving are his two sons, Shane Edward Martin of Asheville, and Tyler James Martin (Georgia) of Thomasville; his parents, C.E. and Jean Martin; one sister, Cindy Martin Hastings (Mark) of Winston-Salem; one brother, Forrest Shawn Martin (Christie) of Winston-Salem; one step grandson, Maddox Penland; and a number of nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Frank Shumate and Rev. Steve Roberson officiating. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 9:00 – 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
