Bonnie LaFone Larrimore

On April 27, 2016 Bonnie departed on a special journey which will include special music and beautiful scenery; two things she especially enjoyed in her life on earth. She will also be united with special friends and family who have gone before she departed. Bonnie was born on September 9, 1932 in Catawba County, to the late Vernon and Edna Lafone. Bonnie sang in two choirs at College Park Baptist Church, where she and A.C. have been members since 1958. She loved to travel, and visited most states in the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. Bonnie had many happy memories at her 2nd home in Myrtle Beach, SC. She experienced a life filled with many friends who brought great joy to her. Bonnie was preceded in death by a brother Benny LaFone. She is survived by Husband A. C. Larrimore; daughter Lisa Randleman and Husband Steve; son Greg Larrimore and wife Kay; and two grandchildren Sophie and Spencer Randleman. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 1, 2016 at College Park Baptist Church with Rev. Ramon Smith officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to College Park Baptist Church 1701 Polo Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106 or to charity of donor's choice.
