Bobbyette Forbus

Mrs. Bobbyette Pegram Forbus, 89, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.  She was born April 27, 1932, in Forsyth County to the late Robert and Pearl Pegram.  Mrs. Forbus was a loving wife, mother, MawMaw, and aunt. She loved to read, work crosswords, and spend time with her family.  Mrs. Forbus was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life of 59 years, Paul Wesley Forbus; two sisters Edith Luper and Alta Blackburn; sister-in-law Blanche Forbus Pennington and husband Bud; and brother-in-law Alfred Forbus.  Surviving is her son, Randal Keith Forbus and wife Sherrie; a granddaughter, Ashley Forbus Westbrook and husband Gregg; a grandson, Wesley Keith Forbus and wife CJ; a special sister-in-law, Flora Ruth Forbus; a special niece, Teresa Forbus Hobson and husband Gray; a special nephew, Michael Forbus and wife Shady; and niece Bonnie Haley and husband Roy; and several special great-nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Boyer’s Chapel Church of Christ with James Percival officiating.
