Bobby Eugene Boger

Mr. Bobby Eugene Boger, 79, of Clemmons died Monday, December 29, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born November 11, 1933 in Davie County, the son of the late, Millard and Ella Mae Potts Boger. Mr. Boger was a graduate of Mocksville High School and was a veteran of the US Army. He was retired from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Survivors include one daughter, Cindy Powell and husband, Scott of Lewisville; four grandchildren, Jake, Grant, Hannah Grace and Savannah Powell; one brother, Carl Boger of Mocksville; four sisters, Virginia Cope and Gladys Beaver of Mocksville, Linda Lyerly and husband, Vaughn of Faith and Sarah Kerley and husband, Steve of Cooleemee; and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Tim Roberts officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at Parklawn. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
