Bobby Dale Adkins

Mr. Bobby Dale Adkins, 66, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 at his home. He was born on January 21, 1949 in Lincoln Co., West Virginia. Bobby was a Christian and he loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. While in the Air Force he was stationed in Korea where he met his wife, Connie. Bobby was retired from Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center as an assistant manager of the engineering department. He was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him. Bobby is survived by his wife of 44 years, Song Cha ""Connie"" Adkins of the home, his mother, Geraldean Adkins of Crooked Creek, WVA, a brother, David Adkins (Linda) of Clovis, NM, two sisters, Karron Suchomel (Steve) of Ocean Springs, MS and Debra Hawley (Andy) of Kernersville, four nieces, Amber, Joy, Heather and Ashley and three nephews, Barton, Jason and Matthew. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall.
