KERNERSVILLE - Billy ""B.H."" Williams, 75, a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home after fighting a seven month long courageous battle with Glioblastoma. B.H. was born November 2, 1937 in Fairmont, NC to the late Daniel and Thelma Williams. B.H. was a very active member of Pisgah United Methodist Church, health permitting and a former member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church. He graduated from Fairmont High School and was a graduate of Apprentice School in Newport News. VA. B.H. was employed with BE Areospace in Winston Salem and was a partner with Mari-Lu Enterprises in Walkertown. He was a life member of the Elks Lodge 449 and served as Exalted Ruler. B.H. was an avid golfer and truly enjoyed his game. Surviving are his loving wife of 32 years, Louise Kiger Williams of the home; sons, Kevin Williams and wife, Melissa, their children, Taylore Williams of ASU and Emily Williams of Tobaccoville, Bill Williams and his children, Kelli, Samantha, and Sarah of Pfafftown; special family and business partner, Jerry Beeson and wife, Marilyn, their children, Shane of NCSU, Lauren Lord and her sweet daughter, Emma of Kernersville, Cheryl Beeson Fernandez and husband, Eddie of Kernersville, their children, Michael of Winston Salem, Kiki of US Navy and Carlos of Kernersville; brother, Talmadge Prevatte of Newton; sisters-in-law, Elsie Kiger Warren of Walnut Cove, Della Kiger Stephens and husband, Clarke of Walkertown, and Carolyn Brown Kiger of Walnut Cove. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 1, 2013 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with a very special friend, Rev. Hagan McClellan officiating. Entombment will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:45 P.M. Friday, March 1, 2013 at the funeral home prior to the service. In lieu of flowers and food the family requests that memorials be made in memory of B.H. to Hospice and Palliative CareCenter, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston Salem, NC 27103 or Pisgah United Methodist Church, 2165 Pisgah Church Rd., Kernersville, NC 27284.
