Bill/ Billy Dee Haines

COLFAX-Bill ""Billy D"" Marvin Haines, 71 died at his home October 20, 2010. He was born in Moorehead City to the late Marvin Dewitt Haines and Agnes Parrish Haines.Billy D. was a former Country Music recording artist. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Patsy Nagle and one grandson Billy D. Haines Jr. He is survived by his wife Joyce Tucker Haines of the home; five sons, B.H. Haines of Greensboro, Billy D and Allen Haines of Arkansas, Mike Tucker of Greensboro and Kenneth Neece of Oklahoma; two sisters, Jean Santy and husband Wes of Kernersville and Barbara Gray of Georgia; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Hayworth-Miller is assisting the Haines family.
