Beverly Welborn

Ms. Beverly Carol Welborn, 73, passed away November 1, 2017. She was born July 16, 1944 in Forsyth County. Carol graduated from Northwest High School and was employed by Western Electric for many years. She completed her working career as a licensed security guard for several years until her retirement. Carol lived a simple life and was known for her humor. She had the ability to bring a smile to anyone she came into contact with. Carol will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father. Carol is survived by her mother, Mary Ogburn Welborn; two brothers, Claude Kenneth Welborn Jr. (Gail) and Steven Dale Welborn (Brenda); two nephews, Dusty Welborn (Kristi) and Jason Welborn (Selena); one niece, Aly Reich (Brian); two great nephews, Tanner and Tate Welborn; and two great nieces, Nikki Welborn and Charlize Reich. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 6, at Forsyth Memorial Park with Pastor Chuck Harmon officiating.
