Beverly Jean Middleton Noble, age 84, of Clemmons, NC passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Beverly was born to the late George and Helen Middleton on January 10, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio. She was a long time member of St. Christopher Catholic Parrish of Vandalia, Ohio.In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by brothers, Buster, Dale, and Jerry Middleton, and sister, Patricia Mercer. She graduated from Chaminade Julienne High School in Dayton, Ohio. Beverly lived in Vandalia, Ohio before moving to Clemmons, NC to live with her daughter in 2011.Beverly was a homemaker, most of her life raising her four beautiful children. She was a sports enthusiast from an early age, coaching the girls' kickball and softball teams at St. Christopher's School. Beverly was active in bowling and played softball. She was a lifetime Cleveland Browns and Atlanta Braves fan.Beverly was a delightful person and an outstanding seamstress. Up to the end of her life, she sewed countless numbers of stunning outfits and other charming garments for her children, grandchildren, and anyone else who needed a little tender loving care from a needle and thread. Beverly was also an expert in quilting and crocheting. Numerous quilts and blankets outline many family and friends homes. Beverly is survived by three sons and a daughter: Mike Noble (Angie) of Vandalia, Ohio; Karen Noble of Clemmons, NC; David Noble (Lisa) of Tipp City, Ohio; and Rick Noble (Penny) of Vandalia, Ohio. She is also survived by seven grandchildren who will miss their grandma ""Sewie"": Greg Noble (Adena); Rachel Chadd (Jared); Benjamin Noble (Megan); Jonah Noble; Kirah Noble; Chelsea Noble; and Chad Noble and four great grandchildren: Payton and Jaxon Chadd; and Gavin and Maverick Noble. Beverly leaves behind a brother-in-law, Bill Mercer, sister-in laws, Ellen and Vickie Middleton, and a special nephew, Patrick Mercer, along with special friends Gary Herron and Janice Cochrane.The family would like to thank the staff at Forsyth Hospital Palliative Care and Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home for all the love and care shown to Beverly.The family will hold a private service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Palliative Care or Hospice.Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home on Silas Creek Parkway is serving the Noble family.
