LINEBACK Mrs. Beulah Roberts Lineback, 83, of Winston-Salem, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born September 23, 1925 in Rockingham County to Edward Thomas Roberts, Sr. and Mary Tucker Roberts. Mrs. Lineback was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church. She was retired from Gospel Light Christian School where she was a school bus driver. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, C.H. (Hamp) Roberts; and two sisters, Dorothy Atkins and Evelyn Holt. Surviving is her husband of 63 years, Samuel M. Lineback; a daughter, Cheryl Mustin and husband Von; two sons, S.T. (Tom) Lineback and wife Donna, and Phillip Lineback and wife Melody, all of Winston-Salem; six grandchildren, Pamela Dunn, Sandra Newton, Tiffany Mustin, Rebecca Mustin, Adam Lineback and Matthew Lineback; four great grandchildren, Dylan Cardwell, Garrett, Britten and Brayden Newton; three sisters, Lila Mabe, Mary Bullins and Agnes Faust; and two brothers, E.T. Roberts, Jr. and John Roberts. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 1 at Gospel Light Baptist Church with Dr. Bobby Roberson and the Rev. Frank Shumate officiating. Entombment will follow in Gardens of Memory Mausoleum in Walkertown. The family will receive friends at the church from 2-3 p.m. on Saturday prior the service.
