Betty Ann Blakeley Accetura

Ms. Betty Ann Blakeley Accetura, 70, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born July 5, 1951, in Forsyth County to Thelma Irene Long Blakeley and the late Vernon Monroe Blakeley. Betty enjoyed spending time at thrift stores and traveling to yard sales. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her two brothers; Ferrel Blakeley and Mark Blakeley. She is survived by her daughter; Angie Yarbrough (John Chalk), her mother; Thelma Irene Long Blakeley, the love of her life; Jimmy Lavinder, two grandsons; Raven Smith and Brian Kesecker, Jr, and a sister; Shirley Bridges. A Memorial service will be conducted 2:00PM Friday January 14, 2022, at Union Gospel Baptist Church with Pastor Darrell Hampton officiating and Pastor Elisha Robertson. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Union Gospel Baptist Church General Fund.
