Betty Dezern Styers

Mrs. Betty Dezern Styers, age 81 passed away Friday evening May 24, 2013 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Styers was born in Forsyth County January 21, 1932 to John Samuel and Grace Mae Michaels Dezern. In addition to her parents Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thomas Styers, a daughter, Luanne Bray and one son, Wyman T. Styers. Mrs. Styers is survived by two daughters: Vickie Whiteheart of King and Judy Triplette of Germanton. One granddaughter, Debbie Whiteheart and one grandson, David Triplette. Three great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Tuesday morning May 28, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall Monday evening May 27th from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
