Betty Hall Shore

Betty Hall Shore, 71, passed away on March 20, 2015 at Clemmons Village II. Betty was born on July 27, 1943 to Virginia Davis and Walter Robert Hall in Forsyth County. She graduated from Mineral Springs High School and attended Immanuel Baptist Church. Betty worked in the Finance Dept. of GMAC, retiring with 30 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach. She loved family, friends, flowers, and animals. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Hall. Surviving are her beloved husband of 54 years, Alvin Shore; son, Lee Shore (Kathy); grandchildren, Daniel, Helen, and William Shore; niece and nephew, Jennifer and Bryan. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. L.C. Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in East Bend. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at Immanuel Baptist Church.
