Betty Parrish

Mrs. Betty Lou Hill Parrish, 88, of Lexington, North Carolina passed away unexpectedly into God's graces on Friday, July 23, 2021. She was born in Davidson County to the late Albert Irvin Hill and Ruby Ribelin Hill on April 23, 1933. Betty was a strong and resilient woman. She was a loving, caring, mother, wife, and sister. She loved her family and spending time with her daughters. She also enjoyed going shopping and going out for dinner. Betty also loved animals of all kinds. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lou Ann Parrish; sisters, Brenda Hill Copley and Barbara Hills Hanes. She is survived by her husband, Kermit Swain Parrish; two daughters, Debbie Parrish Ventorla and Cindy Swain Parrish; and sisters Ruby Hill Foster and Peggy Hill Allen. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to your favorite local humane society, non kill shelters. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 28, 2021, with Pastor John Jackman officiating.
