Betty Kennedy Litteral

WINSTON-SALEM, NC-Mrs. Betty Lou Kennedy Litteral, 71, of Winston-Salem, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, December 29, 2014 after a brief battle with cancer. Betty was born on May 19, 1943 in Forsyth County, NC to the late Early Uthal Kennedy, Sr. and Gladys Williams Kennedy. She was employed with Salem College. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Litteral and her brother, E.J. Kennedy. Mrs. Litteral is survived by her special friend Ronnie Rominger; three brothers, Roy Kennedy, J. C. Kennedy and Larry Kennedy; one half-brother, Bill Kennedy; and two nieces and seven nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. James Demby officiating. Entombment will follow at Parklawn Mausoleum.
