Betty Pate Grissom

Mrs. Betty Pate Grissom, 73, passed away Friday, March 25, 2016 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Betty was born December 10, 1942 in Bienville Parish, LA to James Frank Pate and Mary Stella Woodard Pate. She worked for over 30 years as an Operator for South Central Bell Telephone Company.

Betty is survived by her husband, J.D. Grissom, Sr.; children, J.D. Grissom, Jr. and wife Nancy, Mary Maurine Fowler and husband Donald, and James Grissom and wife Kathy; 5 grandchildren; and sister, Mary McMullen.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
