Betty Dull

Mrs. Betty Ellis Dull, 85, formerly of Lewisville, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017. She was born June 23, 1932 in Rockingham County to Etta Hutchins Ellis and Floyd Taft Ellis, Sr. Mrs. Dull was a faithful member of Lewisville Baptist Church, where she served for over 30 years in the preschool division. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Harper Dull. Surviving are her children, Connie Burnham (Chuck), Susan Diane Hair (Bill), and Kevin Dull; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; four sisters, Margaret Foster, Dorothy Keaton, Frances Hepler and Janie Gallimore. Also surviving are her two brothers, Floyd Taft Ellis, Jr. and Steve Ellis. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Lewisville Baptist Church with David Crane officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for Foreign Missions, IMB Attn: Ministry Advancement, P.O.
