Mrs. Betty Ann Ellington Boyles, age 78, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, went to be with the Lord on February 27, 2009. She was born to Marshall M. and Nina Ellington on July 20, 1930 in Guilford County. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters; Doris Cook and Kathryn Cook. Mrs. Boyles is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, William ""Bill"" Edward Boyles, her children Connie Jenkins (Roney), Cheryl Yarbrough (Jeff), Cindy Argabright (Greg), and Larry Boyles of Westfield. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Tara Logan, Todd Jenkins (Angie), Jennifer Yarbrough, Jessica Yarbrough, Kisha Absher (Dwayne), Kevin Argabright, Kari Argabright, and a step grandchild, Misty ""Lou"" Muller. She was also survived by ten great-grandchildren, Christian, Jason, and Ryan Jenkins, and Lindsey, Laurie, Maiya, Allen Logan, Kyndal Absher and two step great-grandchildren Piper and Sam Muller. She also leaves behind her sister Ruth Beasley (Jim), her brothers Marshall ""Bud"" M. Ellington, Jr. (Nancy) and William ""Billy"" Ellington (Jennie). She also leaves behind many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends that she loved and cared deeply for. We have heard her say many times that when it is her time and she goes to be with the Lord, remember she had many wonderful years and a great life here. We will miss you a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck. A funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Mount Tabor United Methodist Church with the Dr. Earl Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
