Bernice Bradley

Mrs. Bernice McCrae Bradley, 87, passed away peacefully at home on June 4, 2022. Bernice was born on May 3, 1935, in McColl, SC. She retired from Falcon Candy in Philadelphia, PA, following 29 years of service. She was a faithful member of Rising Ebenezer Baptist Church. Bernice loved to shop and travel. She often went shopping with her best friend and sister, Crist Viola Lee. Bernice was preceded in death by her mother, Cleome Glover McCrae Pearson, father, Henry Pearson, and husband, George Allen Bradley. Surviving is her devoted niece, Cleome Collins Hye, who loved and cherished her and held her hand to the very end. Jacquelyn and Ryan Blake of the home will miss her dearly. Bernice leaves to cherish her memories a host of nephews’ nieces, cherished and loved ones, and friends. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM, Friday, June 17, 2022, at the Funeral Home. The repass will be at the home of Bernice Bradley.
