Bernard Carlton Parrish

KERNERSVILLE- Bernard Carlton Parrish, 86, died Thursday, November 6, 2014. He was born January 10, 1928 to the late Eugene and Ada James Parrish.

Mr. Parrish was raised in Oak Ridge. He was a United States Army Veteran and had retired from Stroh's Brewery after many years of service.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Lewallen Parrish.

Surviving are his children, Randy Parrish of Kernersville, David Parrish of Winston Salem, Cindy Parrish of Winston Salem, Mark Auman of Kernersville, Julie Davis of VA, and Lisa Broughton of Kernersville; sister, Nancy Parrish; eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A Graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Mt. Gur Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2014 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
