Beatrice "Bea" Price

Beatrice “Bea” Deal Price, 84, passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at her home. Bea was born on December 9, 1936 in Rowan County to the late Elmer Harvey Deal and Estelle Adams Deal. She was a loving wife and mother, who taught her children to pray and the love of The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Bea was a patient and kind person who always looked for the good in others. In addition to her parents, Bea was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Kenneth Edward Price; and her sisters, Annie Lee Elledge and Mary Cavin. Surviving family includes her three children, Kenneth E. Price, Jr. (June) of San Diego, CA, Stephen A. Price (Linda) of Clemmons, and Sandra P. Duncan of Winston-Salem; three grandchildren, Nicole King, Michelle Garrett and Amy Price; and eight great-grandchildren. A private family graveside service will be held at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, with Rev. David Stetler officiating. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Medi Home Health and Hospice for the loving care they showed to Bea.
