Barbara Ann Tucker

Mrs. Barbara Ann Tucker, 83, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born March 7, 1937 in Forsyth County to the late Glenn Howard Holt and Ollie Shouse Holt. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grand mother and a dedicated member of Woodland Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Thomas Tucker and her brother Tim Holt. Barbara is survived by one daughter, Tommye Ann Liles (Billy Ray); three sons, Tony Wayne Tucker (Tammy), John Glenn Tucker (Marie), Joseph Mckinley Tucker (Barbara Ann); 10 grandchildren; 6 great grand children; 3 sisters, Sue, Janet, Glenda; a brother, JC Holt; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday January 27, 2021 at Woodland Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Gammons and Brother John Tucker officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Woodland Baptist Church Building Fund, 1175 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045
