Barbara Suzanne Heberle Vaughan

Kernersville – Mrs. Barbara Suzanne Heberle Vaughan, 86, passed away July 2, 2023, at Piney Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 25, 1937, in New York to the late Robert Heberle and Suzanne Orem Heberle. Barbara loved to crochet, play bingo, and watch football, especially the Carolina Panthers and Kansas City Chiefs. She was an excellent bowler who loved the beach, specifically sitting on the deck and fishing, while watching the birds fly by. She loved her cats and dogs, and most of all she was a kickass, opinionated, sassy single mom who loved her children. Surviving are her loving son, David Vaughan (Sheryl) of Rocky Mount, and her loving daughter, Suzanne Vaughan, her grandson Michael Everett, and her grand dogs.
