Barbara Mills Gwyn

Mrs. Barbara Mills Gwyn, of Winston-Salem passed away after a brief illness, Sunday, December 22, 2013. Mrs. Gwyn retired from the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System as a school bus driver with a perfect safety record after 25 years of service. Mrs. Gwyn was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years James E. Gwyn, Sr. She is survived by her three loving sons, James, David, Robert; sister, Opal Bowman; six grandsons, one great granddaughter; numerous family members and friends. A funeral service will conducted 11:00 AM Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Rev. Morgan Barclay and Rev. Cynthia Barclay officiating. A committal service will be conducted 2:00PM Thursday at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
