Mrs. Barbara Lynne Robinson Cure, 62 of Winston-Salem, NC passed away on Monday, March 14, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Cure was born January 6, 1949 in Morristown, NJ to Richard and Dorothea Wright Robinson. She lived most of her life in Long Valley and Mt. Olive Townships, before moving to Texas to retire. She later moved to Winston-Salem to be near her grandson. Mrs. Cure loved her dogs, and volunteered for several Animal Rescue Groups. Surviving to cherish her life and memory are her husband, George Thomas Cure of the home, two sons; David Smith of Winston-Salem, Allan Cure of Wilmington, NC, her mother, five grandsons, Connor Smith, Dan and Ben Brill, Sammy and Peter Cure; step-daughter, Patricia Brill, two step sons; Matthew and Patrick Cure, two sisters, Amy Robinson, Kim Johnson and two brothers, Gary and Richard Robinson. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Morris County Humane Society.
